Ingredients:
2 -3 cucumbers, sliced and if desired, peeled
1 medium onion
1 cup cold water
1 cup sugar
2 cups white vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Mix water, sugar, vinegar, and salt.
2. Pour over cucumbers and onions.
3. Serve chilled. For extra crispness, top with ice cubes.
