Ingredients:
3 cups low-fat plain yogurt
1 1/2 cups cucumbers, peeled seeded and finely grated
3/4 cup cold water
3 tablespoons minced chives
1 tablespoon minced dill
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon white pepper
4 thin slices cucumbers
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients, except cucumber slices in mixing bowl; chill.
2. Top each serving with cucumber slice.
