Cucumber-Yogurt Dip for Vegetables

This recipe recently appeared in our local newspaper. I've yet to make it - sounds delicious and can also be used as a sauce for meats.
Ingredients:
2 cups plain greek yogurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 garlic clove (finely chopped)
1/2 cucumber (peeled, seeded and chopped)
1/2 small onion (finely chopped)
salt, to taste
Directions:
1. In a bowl, whisk the yogurt, lemon jucie, olive oil, garlic and salt.
2. Stir in the cucumber and onion.
3. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour.
4. Serve with raw vegetables or crackers.
