Cucumber-Watercress Salad

If you can't find wasabi paste, mix equal parts wasabi powder and water.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
1 tablespoon sake
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 teaspoon wasabi paste
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 english cucumber, sliced
3 large radishes, cut into matchsticks
2 cups torn red leaf lettuce
1 cup torn watercress
Directions:
1. Whisk together first 8 ingredients in a large bowl; add cucumber and radishes, tossing well. Cover and chill at least 1 hour. Just before serving, toss lettuce and watercress with cucumber mixture.
