Ingredients:

1 cup grated cucumber, drained and patted dry

1 small onion, chopped

1/2 cup commercial sour cream

1 tablespoon vinegar

1/4 teaspoon salt

pinch of sugar

dash of red pepper

1 drop green food coloring

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl; stir well. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
