Cucumber-Salmon-Watercress Sandwiches
Ingredients:
4 oz cream cheese
3 t cucumber, finely chopped
3 oz smoked salmon, thinly sliced
1 t watercress, trimmed & minced
1/2 t lemon juice
12 bagels
1/2 cup watercress, trimmed & minced
Directions:
1. Process first 5 ingredients and chill, covered, for 2 hours
2. Spread on toasted bagels and sprinkle with watercress
