Cucumber Salad

This is a great side dish and very easy to make.
Ingredients:
(2) cucumbers
(2) meduim tomatoes
1/2 red onion
1 cup season rice vinager
salt
pepper
Directions:
1. Peel cucumbers ( leave some of the skin on )
2. Slice Cucumbers into about 1/4 slices
3. Cut each tomatoe in 8 wedges and slice wedges in half .
4. Slice onion into bite size pieces
5. In a bowl mix all vegetables , top with season rice vinager and salt and pepper to taste.
6. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving .
