Cucumber Salad

Tenesse BBQ serves a delicios and refreshing cucumber salad and this is my replication of it. It's tasty, refreshing and oh so easy to make.
Ingredients:
1 large cucumber
1/2 cup robust italian dressing (has pieces of garlic, onions, pepers, etc.)
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 of a small red onion (optional)
Directions:
1. Peel and chop onion until minced with manual chopper. Mix dressing, sugar and onions in a small bowl. Completely peel, lightly peel or don't peel cucumber and then slice into very thin slices (1 mm) with a slicer. Add cucumbers to mixture and mix thoroughly making sure each cucumber gets separated and covered by the dressing. Cover and chill for at least 30-40 minutes before serving.
2. When storing over night the cucumbers will release water so you may want to drain it some once it does. After being made for 2 days I still found the cucumbers to be crispy and tasty. Enjoy!
