Ingredients:
2 cucumbers, peeled and finely chopped
1 cup plain yogurt
1 teaspoon cumin, ground
1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
salt & pepper
to taste paprika
Directions:
1. Combine cucumbers with yogurt in a bowl.
2. Fry cumin in a dry pan for 1 minute until fragrant, then add to yogurt mixture with the ginger.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Place in a bowl and dust with paprika.
5. Serve chilled.
6. Can be refrigerated up to 2 days.
