Cucumber Raisin Salad

I'm going through all of my old recipe magazines and posting the recipes so I can finally ditch the mags. Cook time is chill time.
Ingredients:
2 medium cucumbers, halved and thinly sliced
2 medium carrots, julienned
1/4 cup diced onion
2 tablespoons raisins
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, carrots, onions and raisins.
2. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over cucumber mixture.
3. Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours before serving.
