Ingredients:
3/4 cucumber
2 radishes
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Directions:
1. Peel, halve, and seed cucumber. Diagonally cut cucumber into thin slices and cut radishes into julienne strips. In a bowl toss together all ingredients and season with salt and pepper.
