Ingredients:
3 whole(s) carrots
3 stalk(s) celery
1 whole(s) cucumber
1 cup(s) fresh mint
1 can(s) garbanzo beans (15 oz)
1 tablespoon(s) honey
2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
1/4 cup(s) raisins
3 tablespoon(s) red wine vinegar
Directions:
1. Drain beans. Place the sliced cucumber, chopped celery, garbanzo beans, shredded carrots, raisins, and chopped mint in a large bowl, and toss with the olive oil, honey and red wine vinegar to coat. Serve immediately.
