I'm always on the lookout for ways to sneak greens into fusspot toddler DD, this recipe was in a smoothie book I have. It's not too sweet so perfect for toddlers & Miss DD drank this up no problem.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup cucumber, chopped
1 1/2 cups watermelon, chopped
1 1/2 cups cantaloupe, chopped
100 g vanilla yogurt
ice
1 dash lime (optional)
Directions:
1. Blend the first 4 ingredients until smooth, serve over ice and add a dash of lime if desired.
