I can't wait for the summer produce as I have really begun to enjoy smoothies.
Ingredients:
2 medium cucumbers
1 lime
1/2 cup water
1 cup ice
3 -4 tablespoons honey or 3 -4 tablespoons sugar
Directions:
1. Peel, seed and chop 2 medium cucumbers. Blend them with all the other ingredients until smooth.
