Ingredients:
2 cucumbers, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water
1/4-1/2 cup sugar
4 ounces cream cheese
16 ounces sour cream
salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. Soak cucumbers and onions in water, vinegar, and sugar overnight, then drain.
2. Chop cucumbers and onions finely, drain again.
3. Blend the cream cheese with the sour cream.
4. Add cucumber and onion mix and chill until firm.
