The best and easiet salad dressing there is......simple as that
Ingredients:
225ml rice vinegar (red wine vinegar also works here)
225ml water
125 gram sugar
2.5cm fresh root ginger
1 garlic clove
salt
one cucumber
6 spring onions
2 chillis
Directions:
1. Chop garlic and ginger
2. Grate cucumber
3. Chop Spring onions
4. Deseed and chop Chillis
5. Boil the vinegar, water, sugar, garlic, salt & Ginger together for about 2-3 minutes until sugar dissolves
6. when cool - sieve mixture to remove the ginger and garlic
7. now pour over the grated cucumber and the chopped spring onions and chillis
8. leave for about 2 hours to fuse together
9. This dressing will keep for about 1 week
