Cucumber, Cantaloupe, and Squash Salad

This is another tasty salad from Martha!! It is so good, I just love it in the summer -
Ingredients:
1 cup plain yogurt
1 finely grated lime, zest of
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
3 yellow sumer squash, unpeeled (about 1 lb)
1 english cucumber, unpeeled
1 1/2 tablespoons unseasoned rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon coarse salt
1/2 large cantaloupe, rind removed, cubed
Directions:
1. Make the dressing: Combvine the yogurt, lime zest and juice, salt, cumin and pepper. Cover and refrigerste 20 minutes.
2. Make the salad: Using a vegetable peeler or a mandolin, shave squashes and cucumber into wide ribbons, and refrigerate.
3. Just before serving, drain cucumbers, and squash ribbons and toss with cantaloupes - drizzle with dressing.
