Ingredients:
3 eggs-medium hard boiled and sliced
1 large cucumber pared and sliced to desired thickness
1/2 tomato chunked
2 black olives large sliced
2 tblsp dressing
gorgonzola bits
1/2 red onion half-moon slices
Directions:
1. put all ingredients in a bowl
2. mix up
3. season
4. and that's it!
