I love this salad in the summer! So refreshing. Ingredients:
2 - 3 cucumbers peeled and sliced |
2 sweet onions sliced |
oil |
vinegar |
salt & pepper |
Directions:
1. Take a salad bowl and line the bottom with cucumber slices 2. Next add the onion slices 3. Keep layering the bowl until it is full. 4. Salt and pepper 5. Take oil and vinegar with a whisk and mix together 6. Add the oil and vinegar to the salad and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (overnight is preferable). |
