Cucumber and Dill Soup

A nice refreshing british soup for summer.
Ingredients:
2 cucumbers, peeled and sliced
4 ounces sour cream
16 ounces heavy cream
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
2 tablespoons fresh dill
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground nutmeg
Directions:
1. combine all ingredients in food processor and pulse until smooth.
2. all seasonings to taste.
3. chill one hour before serving. garnish with any left over cucumber slices.
