Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl add salt and cold water and combine and add in the cucumbers, daikon, pepper and green onion and mix well. Let mixture set for 1 hour and drain into a colander and run under cold water to wash.
  2. In a large stainless steel mix bowl add and combine vinegar, sugar, salt and sweet garlic sauce mix well. Add in the cucumber and daikon mixture and combine well. Place into a plastic container and into the refrigerator for a week before use.
