Cuban Black Bean Hummus

This is a quick and delicious recipe that I love, and is low in fat. It is adapted from Memories of a Cuban Kitchen by Mary Urrutia Randelman
Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) can black beans, drained
1 tablespoon sesame meal
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons water
juice of one lime
2 garlic cloves, peeled and sliced
1 teaspoon cumin
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
Directions:
1. Combine all of the ingredients into a food processor.
2. Process until smooth.
3. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use (up to one week).
