Ingredients:
1 pound(s) bulk sausage
6 eggs
1 package(s) frozen chopped spinach
1/4 teaspoon(s) minced garlic
1 pinch(s) pepper
8 ounce(s) ricotta
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
1 cup(s) shredded parmesan
Directions:
1. Brown sausage and drain. Thaw spinach and squeeze as dry as possible. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix completely. Pour into well-greased pie pan. Cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until eggs are firm in the center.
