Crustless Quiche

I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from Obesity Help.
Ingredients:
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
5 green onions, snipped with scissors
1/4 cup leek, thinly sliced
1/2 cup broccoli, steamed or 1/2 cup leftover broccoli
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
3/4 cup cooked chicken or 3/4 cup ham or 3/4 cup crabmeat
1 1/2 cups swiss cheese or 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese or 1 1/2 cups monterey jack cheese
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350*.
2. In large bowl beat eggs, add cream, mix.
3. Add all other ingredients and mix well.
4. Pour egg mixture into a greased 9 or 10 pie plate. Place pie plate into a large baking dish and pour hot water into the dish around the pie plate to a depth of 1 inch.
5. Bake quiche in the oven for 40 minute or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean. Remove from oven. Let stand for ten minutes.
