Ingredients:
1/3 cup light mayonnaise
4 (6 ounce) salmon steaks
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon dried dill
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat the broiler, coat a broiler pan or a rimmed baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray place the salmon steaks on the pan.
2. In a small bowl, combine all the remaining ingredients; mix well, spread evenly over the top of the salmon steaks, then broil for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork, serve immediately.
