Crunchy Spinach Dip

Why buy spinach dip when it's this easy to make and so much better tasting!
Ingredients:
10 oz frozen cut leaf spinach, thawed
8 oz can water chestnuts, drained and finely chopped
3/4 cup chopped green onions
1 envelope country vegetable soup mix
1 1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Directions:
1. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients
2. Mix well,
3. Cover, and refrigerate over night
4. If you want, hollow out a loaf of round sour dough bread and fill to use as a container for the dip.
5. Cut the left over sour dough bread into bite size pieces to dip into dip!
