Crunchy Shrimp-pasta Salad

This is a delicious light salad that is easy to put together. From, Cooking Light.
Ingredients:
1/2 c fat-free cottage cheese
1 tbl. fresh lemon juice
1 tbl. olive oil
1 tbl. light mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/8 tsp. hot sauce
1 1/2 c chopped cooked shrimp
3 c cooked elbow macaroni (about 1 1/2 c uncooked)
1 c chopped cauliflower florets
1/3 c sliced pimiento-stuffed olives
1/3 c finely chopped red bell pepper
1/3 c finely chopped green bell pepper
1/3 c chopped onion
1 tbl. chopped fresh cilantro (i omit this)
Directions:
1. Place the cottage cheese in a food processor; process until smooth.
2. Combine cheese, juice, and next 5 ingredients (juice through hot sauce), stirring well with a whisk.
3. Add shrimp; toss well.
4. Add pasta and remaining ingredients; toss well.
5. Cover and chill completely.
