Ingredients:
6 ounces long grain and wild rice blend (package)
1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine
8 ounces water chestnuts, sliced, drained
4 ounces mushrooms, sliced, drained
2 ounces pimiento, chopped, drained
Directions:
1. cook rice according to package directions.
2. stir in remaining ingredients.
3. continue cooking until butter is melted and vegetables are heated through.
