Crunchy Raman Broccoli Salad

A delicious salad that I picked up from a girlfriend when she hosted our monthly bunko night. Absolutely delicious. If you don't like as much sweetness you can modify the sugar.
Ingredients:
1 ramen noodles
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup broccoli floret
1 romaine lettuce hearts
1/4 cup dried cranberries
3/4 cup oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Directions:
1. brown walnuts and ramen noodles with 1 tblspoon butter and let cool.
2. combine broccoli, lettuce, and cranraisins with walnuts and ramen noodles and toss in a bowl.
3. combine oil, vinegar, sugar, and soy sauce in a jar and shake vigorously and then toss with salad just before serving.
