Crunchy Pecan Salmon

Wonderful and so easy!
Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets (1 1/2 inches thick)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
3/8 cup soft breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
lemon slice (to garnish)
Directions:
1. Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper.
2. Place skin side down in a lightly greased 11 x 7 baking dish.
3. Combine mustard, butter, and honey.
4. Brush honey mixture over salmon.
5. Combine breadcrumbs, pecans, and parsley and spoon evenly over top of salmon filets.
6. Bake uncovered at 450 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily whe tested with a fork.
7. Garnish with lemon slices and enjoy!
