2 slices whole wheat bread
6 leaves lettuce
20 g carrots
20 g red capsicums
20 g pimientos
10 g tomatoes
25 ml plum puree
20 ml tomato sauce
salt
pepper
3 g dry basil
1 tablespoon yogurt
Directions:
1. Shred all the vegetables.
2. Mix with yogurt and seasoning.
3. Apply yogurt on the bread slices.
4. Place lettuce leaf and then the filling.
5. Mix plum puree and little tomato sauce and serve along with the sandwich.
