Ingredients:
1 kg european style natural yoghurt
3/4 cup dried apricot, finely chopped
3/4 cup roasted almonds, finely chopped
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons cinnamon
Directions:
1. .Place all ingredients in big bowl.
2. Stir to combine.
3. Spoon back into tub.
4. Store in refrigerator.
5. Serve over cereal or with fruit.
