Crunchy Cuban Toast

This toast is great as an appetizer or a side with any meal. It's crunchy and flavorful.
Ingredients:
1 long loaf cuban bread
2 cloved garlic, very finely minced
4 tablespoons spreadable margarine
parsley flakes
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Slice Cuban bread into 1/2 inch slices (about 24 slices), place on baking sheet.
3. Mix butter and garlic together and spread on each slice of bread. Sprinkle with parsley and bake about 10 minutes or until golden brown and crunchy.
4. (Since ovens vary, keep close eye on them , so they don't burn!)
5. For a little extra flavor, you can top with finely shredded cheese and tiny diced tomatoes or salsa about the last 5 minutes, baking til cheese is melted.
