Crunchy Chicken Salad

This is a nice tasty chicken salad a little different from the norm. Taste great on lettuce or make a sandwich for lunch.
Ingredients:
4 boneless chicken breast or 1 precooked chicken
adobe seasoning to taste
1/4 tsp poultry seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
1/3 onion finely chopped
2 celery ribs, chopped
1 tart apple, like granny smith
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/4 cup slivered almonds
1/2 c seedless grapes cut in half
1/4 - 1/2 c miracle whip
celery salt to taste
Directions:
1. 1. Pre-season chicken breast with adobe seasoning, poultry seasoning and salt and pepper.
2. 2. Boil or bake chicken breast until no longer pink, about 20 minutes.
3. 3. Cool chicken, by refrigerating for about 30 minutes or longer.
4. 4. Chop chicken into cubes and place in large bowl.
5. 5. To the chicken add onion, celery, apple, raisins and miracle whip, mix well.
6. 6. Season with celery salt, salt and pepper to taste
7. 7. Gently stir in grapes and almonds.
