Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, beat butter, sugar and brown sugar until fluffy
  2. Beat in egg, peanut butter,baking soda, salt and vanilla
  3. Add flour and oats; mix well
  4. Spread batter in a lightly greased 9-inch square microwave-safe baking dish
  5. Microwave on high until top appears dry and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 6-8 minutes
  6. Sprinkle with chocolate chips, microwave on high just until chocolate is shiny and soft, about 1 to 2 minutes
  7. With a spatula spread chocolate over surface
  8. Let cool completely, then cut into bars
