A crunchy salad that is good anytime.
Ingredients:
1 cup raisins
1 1/2 cups orange juice
2 cups celery, diced
3 cups apples, diced
1/2 cup seedless grapes, halved
1 cup walnuts or 1 cup pecans, coarsely chopped
3/4-1 cup mayonnaise (to taste)
3/4-1 cup sour cream (to taste)
Directions:
1. Soak raisins in orange juice overnight. Drain, and then combine raisins with other ingredients until thoroughly mixed.
2. Chill until ready to serve.
