Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter (preferably whipped)
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup nonfat milk

Directions:

  1. Combine butter, flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt and mix until crumbly. Save 1/2 cup for topping. To the reminaing mixture, add egg and milk. Mix well. Pour into a greased and floured 8X8 pan. Sprinkle saved crumb topping on top. Bake 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
