Ingredients:
125 g french bread, cubed (1/2 loaf)
1/8 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon parmesan
1/8 cup black pepper
1/8 cup garlic powder
Directions:

2. Allow bread cubes to sit overnight to become stale.
3. Heat a couple inches of oil to 350 degrees F in a large saucepan or straight-sided skillet. Add bread cubes and fry, stirring constantly, until browned.
4. Mix parsley, parmesan, pepper and garlic in a bowl.
5. Remove bread cubes and drain on paper towels.
6. Season to taste and serve with your favorite soup or salad.
