Crostini with Gorgonzola and Honey

Delicious appetizer.
Ingredients:
french bread (baquette) or pita bread
gorgonzola, crumbled
honey
Directions:
1. Slice bread diagonally.
2. If using pita: cut into 6 or 8 triangles, depending on size of pita.
3. Place on a baking sheet and toast both sides (one side of pita) under broiler.
4. Sprinkle with gorgonzola cheese and then drizzle with honey.
5. Place under broiler and cook just until the cheese begins to melt- about 1-2 minutes.
6. Serve immediately.
