Slow cooked to the ultimate of tenderness
Ingredients:
3# s chicken legs,thighs or wings-or a combination
1 tsp. grated ginger
6 garlic cloves-minced
1 onion-chopped
1 cup soy sauce
1 cup spicy v8 juice-or 1 cup tomato juice and 1/8 tsp.cayenne pepper
1 cup brown sugar
pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Combine soy sauce,brown sugar juice and the spices in the bottom of the crock pot- stir well
2. add chicken
3. cook on low for 6-8 hours.the chicken is done when it falls of the bone when removed
4. serve over rice
