A nice dish to throw together in the morning, n have ready when you get home.
Ingredients:
1 large onion chopped
1 green pepper seeded n chopped
2 meduim celery stalks chopped
28 oz can diced tomatoes undrained
2 cups smoked sausage
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon red pepper sauce
3/4 lb uncooked shrimp
4 cups cooked rice
Directions:
1. Mix all in crockpot, except rice n shrimp.
2. Cook on low for 7-8 hours, Stir in shrimp n cook another hour or until shrimp are pink n firm. Serve with cooked rice.
