Low in Fat & Calories - High on Flavor and filling! I found this on Spark Recipes. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping.
Ingredients:
4 large tyson boneless skinless chicken breasts (8 oz each)
15 ounces low sodium black beans
10 ounces healthy request cream of mushroom soup
1 ounce mccormick's low sodium taco seasoning
1 cup pace chunky salsa
1/2 cup knudsen light sour cream (optional if you prefer a more spicy chili)
Directions:
1. Place chicken, black beans, soup, taco seasoning and salsa in your crockpot & let cook 4-6 hours on low depending on your crockpot.
2. About 1 hour before serving shred/cut up chicken while in crock pot and add sour cream. Let shredded chicken soak up some more of the flavor for that last hour. If you like your chili more spicy, omit the sour cream.
3. I sprinkled my chili with some low fat cheese (not included in above nutritional info). Top with your favorites - but make sure to count the calories!
