Crockpot Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

Just in time for the cooler weather, this is an easy, stick-to-your-ribs soup that is delicious and filling. The recipe doubles easily for a crowd. You can use low fat soups and fat free chicken broth for a lower calorie version. Serve with a nice crusty bread.
Ingredients:
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
1 (32 ounce) carton chicken broth
1 cup raw wild rice
1 lb cooked and diced chicken
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup diced carrot
1 garlic clove, minced
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in crockpot.
2. Cook on low for 6 to 7 hours.
3. If soup gets to thick, thin with milk or water.
