Crockpot Chicken and Dumplings

This is a great 1 pot dish, very hearty.
Ingredients:
4 boneless chicken breasts
2 (15 ounce) cans chicken broth
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (15 ounce) can peas
1 (15 ounce) can carrots
1 (8 count) can biscuits
Directions:
1. Slice the chicken breast into chunks. Combine all ingredients except biscuits in crock pot. Season to taste with salt, pepper, seasoning salt and onion powder. Cook until chicken is tender, approximately 5 to 6 hours.
2. Cut biscuits into fourths and add to chicken mixture. Cover and cook 30 minutes and stir mixture gently, this will thickened chicken broth. Cover and cook until dumplings are done.
