Crockpot Carnitas

Pulled pork crockpot carnitas recipe from my friend Christa. We served on tortillas with sour cream and salsa for toppings with black beans and spanish rice on the side.
Ingredients:
1 (3 -4 lb) boneless pork roast
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 bunch green onion, chopped
1 1/2 cups fresh cilantro
1 cup salsa
1 cup chicken broth
1 (4 ounce) can green chilies, chopped
tortilla
Directions:
1. Put roast in slow cooker, season with garlic, salt and pepper.
2. Add green onions, salsa, broth, and chilis to the pot.
3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until tender.
4. Remove meat from crockpot and shred.
5. Return meat to crockpot and heat through.
6. Serve on tortillas with your choice of garnishes.
