Ingredients:
2 large onions-sliced vertically
2# chicken-skinless and boneless-white or dark or a mixture of meat
cut in 1 pieces
1 1/2(8 oz.)ham -diced
1 (14.5) can diced tomatoes
! (14 oz.) can chicken broth
4 garlic cloves-minced
1 tbs. worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. dried thyme-crushed
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. hot sauce-your choise
1 (10 oz.) package frozen,sliced okra-thawed
1 cup frozen lima beans-thawed
1 cup frozen whole kernal corn-thawed
Directions:
1. in a 3 1/2 or 4 quart crockpot,place onions,top with chinken and ham
2. in a small bowlcombine tomatoes,with juice,broth,garlic,worcestershire sauce,mustard,thyme,pepper and hot sauce
3. pour over meat,cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or high 4-5 hours
4. add okra,lima beans and corn, if using low, turn to high and cook for 45 minutes more or till vegetables are tender
