Crock Pot Wild Rice Casserole

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups uncooked long-grain rice
1/2 cup uncooked wild rice
2 ounces dry onion soup mix
1 tablespoon snipped parsley (optional)
4 cups water
1 bunch green onion, chopped
8 ounces fresh mushrooms or 8 ounces canned mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup butter, melted
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Pour into your lightly greased crock pot.
3. Cover, cook on high 2 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
