Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken breasts
1 cup soy sauce
2 cups brown sugar
1 tablespoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 (14 1/4 ounce) can pineapple chunks
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
Directions:
1. Dump all in crock pot cook on high for 1 hour.
2. Cook on low for 7 hours.
3. Serve over rice.
4. Enjoy.
