Crock Pot Vegetable Beef Barley Soup

Easy and quick preperation.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup cut green beans
2/3 cup uncooked barley
2/3 cup frozen corn, carrots & peas mix
1 1/2 cups water
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 lbs beef stew meat, - 3/4-inch squares
1/2 cup bell pepper (small pepper)
1/2 cup white pearl onion (i use frozen )
2/3 cup diced potato
2/3 cup chopped cabbage
2 cans beef broth, - 14 1/2 ounces each
2 cans diced tomatoes with garlic, undrained - 14 1/2 ounces each
1 can tomato sauce, - 8 ounces
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a 6 quart slow cooker.
2. Cover and cook on low 8 to 9 hours or until vegetable and barley are tender.
