Crock Pot Turkey Joes

Just as good as sloppy joes and lower in fat!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs lean ground turkey
1 small onion, chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped
2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/3 cup ketchup
4 teaspoons tomato paste
1 teaspoon cider vinegar
2 teaspoons molasses
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Directions:
1. Brown turkey with onion, green pepper, celery and garlic; drain.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in crock pot; mix well.
3. Add turkey mixture and 1 cup water; stir to combine.
4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or high for 3-4 hours.
